This Exhibit / Attachment shall only apply to medical services for Medicaid members. In case of conflict between the Agreement and this Exhibit / Attachment, this Exhibit / Attachment shall control as to the Medicaid program only. To the extent that any greater rights or obligations between the parties are created under this Exhibit / Attachment that are in the Agreement, such rights and obligations shall only apply to medical services provided under the Medicaid programs.
