THIS RIVER TRAIL REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into as of , 2015, by and between the City of Peoria, Illinois, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "City") and River Trail Drive, LP, an Illinois limited partnership (hereinafter referred to as the "Redeveloper"). City and Redeveloper are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
