This Service Agreement, dated as of , 2018, is entered into, by and between Imperial Irrigation District (“Transmission Provider”), an irrigation district organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, and ORNI 33 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company legally authorized to do business in the State of California (“Transmission Customer”). Transmission Provider and Transmission Customer each may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
