This Settlement Agreement and Release is entered into by, between, and among Ynes M. Gonzalez de Fuente, Mariya Kobryn, and Ivan Kobryn (collectively, “Named Plaintiffs”), as well as all Class Members (as defined below), Preferred Home Care of New York LLC (“Preferred”), Edison Home Health Care, Inc. (“Edison”), HealthCap Assurance, Inc. (“Healthcap”), and individual Defendants Samuel Weiss and Berry Weiss (collectively with Preferred, Edison and Healthcap, the “Defendants”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
