This LINK CLEARING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of , 2004 (the “Execution Date”) and is between EUREX CLEARING AG, FRANKFURT, a German corporation (“Eurex Clearing”), and THE CLEARING CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“The Clearing Corporation”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 1 of this Agreement.
