This letter confirms our obligation to unconditionally guarantee payment for all goods sold and delivered by Alma, Inc. to Laminaire Corporation. Alma agrees to extend a line of credit to eSAFETYWORLD, Inc. Not to exceed $40,000. eSAFETYWORLD agrees to direct its customers, who purchase Alma products, to pay directly to Alma the amount due on the customer's invoice.
