This Master Agreement is made and entered into this day of___, 2021 between STANLEY Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. with its principal place of business located in 8350 Sunlight Drive, Fishers, IN 46037 (hereinafter referred to as "SCSS") and Williamson County, Texas, a political subdivisions of the State of Texas, for the Juvenile Detention Center with its principal place of business located at 200 Wilco Way, Georgetown, TX 78626 (hereinafter referred to as "Customer"). This Master Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions for which SCSS shall provide services to Customer.
