This Local Area Agreement (LAA) is made between East Sussex County Council (ESCC) on behalf of the East Sussex Strategic Partnership (ESSP) and the Government. As its title suggests it aims to make East Sussex ‘all together better’; that is, in partnership, to make improvements across a range of locally identified priorities that will lead to a better quality of life for people in East Sussex.
