THIS ASSESSMENT CONTRACT (this “Contract”), is made and entered into this sixteenth (16th) day of January, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and among THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, COUNTY OF TULSA, in the State of Oklahoma (the “County”), PETROS PACE FINANCE TITLING TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust and its successors and assigns (“Capital Provider”), and TCB LANDLORD, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company and its successors and assigns (“Property Owner”), and is made a part of that certain PACE Loan Agreement, dated as of the same date made by and between Capital Provider and Property Owner (“Financing Agreement”).
