Marmion Academy acknowledges and affirms the importance of the health and the safety of the entire school community. Marmion Academy has taken a variety of steps to implement the recommended protocols to mitigate the spread of communicable disease and the Coronavirus established by state norms and in accord with the directives of Public Health Agencies. It is for these reasons, and in the event that my son(s)contracts the Coronavirus disease, that I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Marmion Academy from any loss or medical claims related to this Coronavirus disease.
