This agreement sets the agreed upon parameters in which Wake County will operate am ambulance and crew out of the Fire Administration building, which was formerly Apex EMS. Included in this agreement is the cost share method for which Wake County will pay a proportionate share of the operating expenses of this facility the Town of Apex.
