The Sub-Contractor confirms that it has had the opportunity to consider the Main Contract in its entirety (excluding prices) and is deemed to be aware of all of its provisions and the extent to which the same are relevant to the Sub-Contract Works. The Sub-Contractor confirms that it will comply with all provisions of the Main Contract to the extent that such are relevant to the Sub-Contract Works and will not by any act or omission cause or contribute to the Contractor being in breach of the Main Contract.
