This Agreement is made and entered into on the date of last signature below in the State of California, by and between THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, a California corporation on behalf of the University of California, Merced, Extension Education Programs (hereinafter referred to as “UNIVERSITY”) and YUBA CITY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT”), collectively referred to as PARTY OR PARTIES.
