COMMISSION: should the property or any part thereof be sold or exchanged or a buyer be found therefore by you or by any other person, at the price specified herein or any other price or terms I may authorize or accept, I agree to pay you, at time of settlement, a commission of 5 % of the SALE PRICE if a competing Real Estate Agent sells the property. A commission of 4 % will be paid if Lake Panorama Realty or Nevitt Real Estate sells the property and will promptly deliver to you a complete abstract showing title in Clover Ridge Interval Owners Association subject to a receivership to the date of transfer and execute a court officer deed to the property for delivery to the buyer, or enter into a contract for deed.
