All team members are responsible for thorough communication with the rest of the team via established forms of communication. Members are responsible for informing the team of his schedule so that the team can make meeting arrangements. All formal documents (e.g., team assignments) are to be shared in the OSU OneDrive shared with the members. GroupMe is to be used for all other forms of communication such as informing the team on the progress of tasks, any project conflicts that arise, or any other immediate concerns that the team is required to know. If a full meeting needs to be scheduled, notify the team via GroupMe at least two days in advance, unless the meeting is urgent.
