In consideration of the Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau & show location permitting me to partici- pate in the show, I hereby assume all risk & liabili- ty arising out of my participation in show and or my submission of this application. I also agree to hold harmless & indemnify the Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau, the show location, & their officers, agents & employees from all liability or responsi- bility whatever for injury to persons (including death) & for any damage to any of my property or the property of others arising out of or resulting from my participation in show. I further hereby re- mise, release & forever discharge said Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau, show location, their officers, agents & employees from acts of god, any & all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damag- es & liabilities resulting or arising directly or indi- rectly from my submission of this application and/or my participation in show. I have read all Terms and Conditions & Hold Harmless Agree- ment
