WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 5 of Division 7 of Title 1 of the California Government Code (the “Act”), the Owner proposes to issue its Essential Housing Senior Lien Revenue Bonds, Series 2021A-1 (1818 Platinum Triangle-Anaheim) (Social Bonds) (the “Series 2021A-1 Bonds”), its Essential Housing Senior Lien Revenue Bonds, Series 2021A-2 (1818 Platinum Triangle- Anaheim) (Social Bonds) (the “Series 2021A-2 Bonds” and, together with the Series 2021A-1 Bonds, the “Series 2021A Bonds”), its Essential Housing Mezzanine Lien Revenue Bonds, Series 2021B (1818 Platinum Triangle-Anaheim) (Social Bonds) (the “Series 2021B Bonds”) and its Essential Housing Subordinate Lien Revenue Bonds, Series 2021C (1818 Platinum Triangle- Anaheim) (the “Series 2021C Bonds” and, together with the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds, the “Bonds”) pursuant to a Trust Indenture, dated as of August 1, 2021 (as supplemented and amended from time to time, the “Indenture”), between the Owner and the Trustee;
