On the date stated on Purchase Order attached (PO), the Director of the Supply Directorate, Captain, Nelson Alves Domingos, hereinafter “the First Party”, representing the Portuguese State, and the company “Thyssenkrupp Marine Systems GmbH”, with head office at Werftstrasse 112-114, 24143 Kiel, Germany, here represented by the identified people below, hereinafter “the Second Party” , together referred to as “the Parties”, agree on the clauses of these contract of the goods described in Purchase Order attached to this contract.
