Const.Juction Contractor agrees to attend any and all design and preconstruction conferences and to otherwise assist and cooperate with Design Professional with respect to the design of the Project. Construction Contractor shall provide all other services during the Pre-Construction Phase of the Project as set forth in the Contract Documents.
