This agreement shall come into force and take effect as of the First day of July and shall remain in effect until the Thirtieth day of June and shall automatically renew itself from year to year unless either party gives the other a written notice by registered mail of a desire to terminate or amend the agreement. Said notice shall be given between April and May prior to the date on which the agreement expires. The parties thereto shall confer within Fourteen (14) days of receipt of said notice in accordance with the Public Schools Act unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
