This Cash Management Master Agreement (“Agreement”) describes your rights and obligations as a user of Valley Strong Credit Union’s (“Credit Union”) online business banking services, including Bill Payment, Mobile Banking Service, Cash Management Services, Remote Deposit Capture, External Account Transfers, Positive Pay, and Cash Vault and Deposit Services (collectively, the “Services”). In addition to this Agreement, you and the Credit Union agree to be bound by and comply with the requirements of the Business Account Agreement and Disclosures and any other agreements applicable to each of your accounts.
