These Terms and Conditions and all applicable documents referenced in these Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Agreement”) govern all users’ access to and use of this website, currently located at www.getawalkthrough.clickfunnels.com and/or www.getawalkthrough.com (the “Walkthrough Site,” which shall include any successor site designated by Walkthrough, LLC), regardless of whether the user is visiting or registering, purchasing products and services or making any other use of the Walkthrough Site. The Walkthrough Site is made available by Walkthrough, LLC (“Walkthrough”) as part of Walkthrough’s online services that allow users to purchase real estate photography, virtual reality tours, social media shoutouts, MLS upload automation and other services that facilitate the sale of listed property (collectively, the “Walkthrough Services”).
