The Hong Kong Underwriting Agreement was entered into on September 24, 2010. Pursuant to the Hong Kong Underwriting Agreement, we are offering the Hong Kong Public Offer Shares for subscription by the public in Hong Kong on the terms and subject to the conditions in this prospectus and the Application Forms at the Offer Price.
