This USAFL Participation Agreement, Waiver and Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk, and License for minors (Under 18 Years of Age) (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned “Parent” or “Guardian” and the minor participant (“Participant”) and the United States Australian Football League, Inc. (USAFL), the USAFL’s member leagues, clubs, organizations, affiliates and partners (and their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees), and the USAFL’s sponsors, vendors, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, members, agents, contractors, contracted entities and facilities and the owners and lessors thereof (hereinafter referred to collectively as “USAFL” or “Releasees”).
