THIS is a binding agreement entered into by and between the State of Washington, Department of Ecology, (PO Box 47600, Olympia, Washington, 98504-7600) hereinafter referred to as the "DEPARTMENT" or as "ECOLOGY" and the City of Milton, hereinafter referred to as the "RECIPIENT" to carry out activities described herein, and as authorized by the Washington State Legislature under Chapter 173-26 of the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) for shoreline implementation.
