This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), forms part of the [Main Agreement that CacheFly uses], CacheNetworks, LLC Terms & Conditions (available at http://www.cachefly.com/terms-and-conditions , and are subject to change by CacheFly in its sole discretion by posting of revised Terms & Conditions), or other written or electronic agreement, by and between CacheNetworks, LLC dba CacheFly. (“CacheFly”) and the undersigned customer of CacheFly (“Customer”) for certain optimization, security, and/or other website services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by CacheFly (the “Main Agreement”). All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Main Agreement. Each of Customer and CacheFly may be referred to herein as a “party” and together as the “parties.”
