This Agreement is a binding, contractual agreement between the client (“Client” or “You”) and Tedesco and Affiliates, LLC d/b/a DonorSearch (“DonorSearch”). This Agreement applies to your access to and/or use of the Services (defined below) pursuant to this Agreement.
