This is an Agreement between You (in your capacity as “Registered User”) and SkillUp India Institute Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "SkillUp India") that governs the rules and regulations concerning availment of Products and/ or services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) that may be offered by SkillUp India or its associates or affiliates through its website www.SkillUp Indiaindia.co.in, mobile application, SMS or any other medium, as may be decided from time to time (hereinafter collectively referred to as "SkillUp India Interface"). When you access and/ or use any of the SkillUp India Interface, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").
