This Golf Course Operating Agreement (the “Agreement”) is executed on the date set forth on the signature page hereof and is effective as of November 1, 2011 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Overland Park, Kansas, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “City,” and MGMCO, Inc. an S-Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator.”
