CARE CONTRACT - Private Child Care Inc.Care Contract • March 20th, 2023
Weekly tuition is due each Monday. A late charge of $25.00 will be added to any tuition balance not paid by Tuesday of the week charged. Any balance not paid by Tuesday will result in your child not being allowed to return until your account is paid in full. Tuition allows for 50 hours of care per week. Care provided over 50 hours may result in additional charges. A discounted monthly tuition option is available and is due on the first business day of the month.
