The purpose of this Agreement is in the mutual interest of the Company and the employees, to provide for the operation of the services of the Company under methods which will further, to the fullest extent possible, the safety of air transportation, the efficiency and economy of operations and the maintenance of a high degree of quality customer service. It is recognized by this Agreement to be the duty of the Company, the Union and the employees to cooperate fully both individually and collectively for the advancement of this purpose.
