This Stormwater Management Facility Maintenance Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) by and between the City of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, a municipal corporation (the "City"), 900 Quay Street, Manitowoc, Wisconsin 54220-4543 and , Manitowoc WI 54221 (hereinafter “Owner/Developer”). The City together with the Owner/Developer may be referred to individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties”.
