SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Maximize LLC (Fund) and the undersigned party as Subscriber (“Subscriber”), effective as of the date set forth above Managing Member’s signature on the Acceptance of Subscription page of this Agreement. In consideration of the mutual covenants set forth in this Agreement and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, Subscriber and Fund agree as follows. Subscription.
