These terms and conditions shall be construed and implemented pursuantto the Lawsof U.A.E., Dubai Islamic Bank’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, its regulations, instructions of the Central Bank, the Bank’s Internal Sharia Supervision Committee (Sharia Committee) and the principles of Shari’a as set out in the Sharia Standards issued by Accounting & Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) as amended from time to time. In the event of a conflict between the Arabic and the English text, the Arabic text shall prevail.
