This Operating Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 16th day of January, 2013 by and among the COUNTY OF SOLANO (“Solano”), the COUNTY OF YOLO (“Yolo”) (collectively referred to as “Counties”) and the SOLANO COMMUNITY COLLEGE SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER (“SBDC”) for the purpose of administering a Farmbudsman Program that serves farmers, ranchers and agriculture-related businesses in the jurisdictions of Solano and Yolo Counties.
