This Product Distribution Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and effective as of this 1 day of September, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Lindsay Transportation Solutions Sales and Service, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, having a place of business at 2222 N 111 Street, Omaha, NE 68164 (hereinafter called “LTS”), and Gestion Vial Integral, having a place of business at Carrera 19 Nº 166-52 B/Toberin, Bogota, Colombia. (hereinafter called “Distributor”).
