This Corporate Partnership Agreement (Agreement), effective upon execution by authorized representatives of both parties and approval of the City Attorney (Effective Date), is made and entered into by and between the City of San Diego (City), a California municipal corporation with its principal place of business located at the City Administration Building, 202 C Street, San Diego, California 92101, and Deco Bike, LLC, (DecoBike), a Florida limited liability company with its principal office located at 41 NE 17 Terrace, Miami, Florida 33130 (collectively, the Parties).
