This Contract for Municipal Advisory Services (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”) is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California; hereinafter referred to as “County” on behalf of Assessment District No. 01-1 (Newport Coast Phase IV) and the South Orange County Public Financing Authority (SOCPFA) and Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates, Inc., with a place of business at 19900 MacArthur Boulevard, Suite 1100, Irvine CA 92612 (hereinafter referred to as “FRA” or “Contractor”), with the County and Contractor sometimes referred to as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
