as of September 1, 2012 by and between Henderson County Governmental Financing Corporation (the “Corporation”), a nonprofit corporation duly created and existing under the laws of the State of North Carolina, and the County of Henderson, North Carolina, a political subdivision duly organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina (the “County”), amending an Installment Financing Contract dated as of May 1, 2005 (the “2005 Contract”) between the Corporation and the County.
