THIS AGREEMENT is made between the TOWN OF CUTLER BAY, FLORIDA, a Florida municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred to as the “TOWN”) and KVC Constructors, Inc., a Florida corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as the “CONSULTANT”), whose principal place of business is 9499 NE 2nd Avenue, Suite 205, Miami Shores, FL 33138.
