The Agreement will be automatically extended ("Extended Term”) on a month-to-month basis at the same rates upon the expiration of the Initial Term, unless either party has delivered written notice of its intent to terminate the Agreement at least 60 days prior to the end of the Initial Term. Either party may terminate this Agreement during the Extended Term upon sixty 60 days prior written notice.
