This Amendment (“Amendment”), effective as of March 16, 2020, to the Body Armor Products Contract No. 46151504-NASPO-17-ACS (“Contract” or “ACS”), is made by and between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”), and GH Armor Systems, Inc. (“Contractor”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the ACS unless otherwise defined herein.
