This Client Agreement is entered by and between TeleTrade-DJ International Consulting Ltd a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 272810 and with registered office at 5 Esperidon, 4th floor, 2001 Nicosia, Republic of Cyprus (hereinafter called “the Company”) and the client who has completed the “Application to Open a Personal/Corporate Margin Trading Account” Form (hereinafter called “the Client”). The Company and the Client together shall be referred to as “theParties”.
