This Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between American College of Medical Scribe Specialists, a California non-profit corporation, with its principal office located at 333 City Blvd. West, Suite 1700, Orange, CA 92868 and having the address of (“Licensee”). This Agreement is effective as of the date Licensee completes first payment to ACMSS (“Purchase Date”). ACMSS and Licensee are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.” Notice to the Parties shall be given at the above addresses.
