Electronic Delivery of Statements, Notices and Disclosures: By accepting the “Home Bank Electronic Statement (eStatement) Disclosure Agreement,” you consent and agree that Home Bank may provide certain statements, disclosures and notices to you in electronic form, in lieu of paper form, including electronic delivery of statements (eStatements) for your account(s) with us in the manner you have selected. If your Home Bank account is owned jointly with others, any one owner’s consent shall apply to all of you.
