THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is dated as of the day of April, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) and is between City of Knoxville (“Seller”) and Overland Land Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its successors or assigns (“Buyer”; hereinafter Seller and Buyer may each be referred to individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties”).
