Data Protection Agreement for End-Users Purchased Products From Authorized Distributors This Data Protection Agreement ("Agreement") is executed by and between you (the "Controller") and Itamar™ Medical Ltd. and its affiliates ("Processor"), with regard to the processing of PII (as defined below), in accordance with any applicable Distribution Agreement (“Main Agreement”) between Processor and authorized Distributor of the Processor (“Distributor”).
