PATROL (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), is made effective, except as otherwise made operationally effective as set forth in Section 3 herein, on this 1st day of April, 2022, by and between Wright County, a municipal corporation acting through the Wright County Sheriff’s Office (hereinafter referred to as “Wright”), Stearns County, a municipal corporation acting through the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office (hereinafter referred to as “Stearns”), Sherburne County, a municipal corporation acting through the Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office (hereinafter referred to as “Sherburne”). Wright, Stearns, and Sherburne may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties” to this Agreement. Wright, Stearns, and Sherburne may be referred to individually as a “County” or collectively as “Counties” to this Agreement.
