PARENT FEE AGREEMENT Name of child Days enrolled Fee Amount Fees are paid weekly. Fees are due each Monday. Services to be provided: Includes family discount Placement in Little Acorns Learning Center will be provided on the above days. Payments are to be made each Monday. Failure to pay the account in full will result in a $5/day late payment fee. Failure to pay the account in full by Friday may result in the account being placed on the waiting list for care until paid in full. All familes are to provide a morning snack and a cold-packed. Families of children who are not potty trained, must provide diapers, wipes, and creams and a change of clothing. Families are responsible for fees associated with field trips and special presentations. Full tuition payment is required during closures of 2 weeks or less. Closures longer than 2 weeks will require 25% tuition to continue placement in Little Acorns Learning Center. Failure to pay will result in placement on the waiting list. Arriv
