This Facility Use Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of between the Charter Township of Waterford, a Michigan Municipal Corporation of 5200 Civic Center Drive, Waterford, Michigan 48329 (“Owner”) and the County of Oakland, a Michigan Municipal Corporation of 1200 North Telegraph Road, Pontiac, Michigan 48341 (hereinafter “County”).
